About Me
Hello all,

I was born a military brat, and I guess that contributes to my love of discovering new places. My journey's so far have consisted of mostly within the United States. I have lived in four different states so far, but even after settling in and establishing roots, my gypsy desire to move and change scenery seems to kick in. I currently call California home, and have lived here since 2005. I got married in 2011, and my husband and I try to keep up with adventures, taking a break from our full time careers to travel or get out as much as possible.

I started to get into photography when I was younger, utilizing it as an outlet for me as I tended to be fairly shy and quiet. Being behind the lens of my camera allows me to see and capture some of the more beautiful things that Mother Earth has to offer. It has become a hobby of mine, and something I truly enjoy. I am happy to say that all of the photos you will see on my website are my own.

I got the idea to start a blog after sharing my love of traveling with others. Every time my husband and I would come back from a vacation, I would spend countless hours uploading photos and telling my friends and family all about it. Since Hawaii has become our go-to for getting out of California, I find myself downloading all sorts of information with friends and coworkers who are looking to visit. So I decided what the heck. Since this is such an interest of mine, why not broaden my audience. While it would be amazing to one day turn this in to my full time job, for now I am just enjoying the outlet of sharing my adventures. I hope you enjoy as well! Welcome to my page.
